The reasons described below are the only ones when we indicate our merchants to get in contact with their Representative or ISO:
1. To Increase Credit limit
2. Commissions information. Only for base products.
3. Terminal/Merchant disabled due to ACH return or by REP/ISO notes
4. Change on personal information on the account
5. Create new terminals
6. Apply payments (credit) to their account
7. To cancel an account
8. A missing product on the rate plan.
9. Remove product from rate plan due to terminal memory issue
10. Questions about Web Service usage/login information/credentials/issues.
It might be other reason why the merchant should be directed to the ISO, but make sure you received the proper indications from the person in charge before giving the information to the merchant.
If the merchant reports that he was indicated to contact his ISO by a reason not specified above, an investigation will be
made, and actions will be taken in the event of not following procedures.
